IEC deputy chief electoral officer, Mawethu Mosery, says this is part of their preparations for the second voter registration this weekend ahead of the upcoming General Elections. South Africa is due to hold general elections later this year. Mosery says the IEC has also beefed-up security in response to possible protests at registration venues...
