There is a perception that longevity, choice, quality, integrity, and access are critical tenets to everything included photography. Since this statement has relevance and seems logical it also imputes truthfulness. In light of the above expression as a global citizen my cognitive ability combined with my capacity enabled me to gradually accumulate and assimilate this information to the extent that I have decided to juxtaposed the same statement against the old proverb"the eyes are the windows into the soul” and a genealogy corollary is that "a photo is a window into the lives of your ancestors"  in a cultural context.As an Author, Media Arts Specialist, License Cultural Practitioner and Publisher the information researched has made me richer in knowledge and has influenced my perception about culture and history as a result of photography.
