PODCAST - Italian Special

from The ATP Tennis Radio Podcast

Ciao e benvenuti! Hello and welcome to another ATP podcast presented by Seb Lauzier where this week we look under the bonnet of one of the world’s most prolific tennising and sporting countries. Italy now hosts the season-ending Nitto ATP Finals in Turin and the Next Gen ATP finals in Milan and the country’s players are clearly inspired making up 8 of the world’s top 100 men as things stand and two of the Top 10, world number 7 Matteo Berrettini and number 10 Jannik Sinner, both present this year in Turin. Over the course of the programme we hear from one of the men behind Berrettini’s surge up the rankings, Umberto Rianna, who also looks after the over 18s for the Italian Tennis Federation, as well as coach and tv star, Diego Nargiso, performance coach, Lorenzo Beltrame and tour coach and Director of Brain Game Tennis, Craig O'Shannessy.
