By Newsbreak Producer, Taliesha Naidoo - Judgement in the case against one of the alleged instigators of the 2021 civil unrest, Mdumiseni Khetha Zuma, has been adjourned to next month. Zuma pleaded not guilty to charges of incitement to commit public violence and incitement to commit arson, in relation to the burning of the Brookside Mall in Pietermatritzburg. The State however believes he played a critical role that resulted in the mall being set alight. More than 3-hundred people died during the widespread violence, looting and destruction of businesses especially in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng. SABC news reporter, Nonkululeko Hlophe says Magistrate Morne Canon told the court that he was not yet ready to deliver judgement today.....
