Buckingham Palace has announced that British Monarch, King Charles the third- has been diagnosed with cancer. In a statement, the palace says the King remains wholly positive about his treatment - and that he looked forward to returning to public duty as soon as possible. King Charles took over the role as monarch less than 18- months ago, after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth. The spokesperson has not revealed what type of cancer the king has- but said it was not prostate cancer. The SABC's Stuart Smith has the details...
