IFP councillor, Jonathan Annipen has written to the the KZN Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube and Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC Bongi Sithole-Moloi calling for the eThekwini Water and Sanitation department to be placed under administration. This as residents in parts of Phoenix, north of Durban are without water for almost 20 days. Annipen says illegal water connections, un-metered homes and the loss billions of rands in water leaks is crippling service delivery in the city...
