By Newsbreak Producer, Nomzamo Xulu - Some residents in parts of Ladysmith, in the Uthukela District of KwaZulu-Natal, say they are struggling to survive without running water. Areas including Aloe Park, Acaciavale, Hillside, Rose Park and Leonardsville have been faced with water shortages for more than three weeks. An Aloe Park resident, Rakhee Meyer, says many community members cannot afford to buy bottled water and are fearful that the water shortage will ripple into the Christmas period...
