Naniki Seboni was diagnosed with Stage 3 malignant melanoma at just 24 years of age.  According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), estimates that a 10 % decrease in ozone levels will result in an additional 300 000 non-melanoma and 4 500 melanoma skin cancer cases globally. The National Cancer Registry (NCR) says that melanoma among South African men is ranked the 5th most prevalent cancer, with 1 in 168 at lifetime risk while it is the 6th most prevalent cancer among women with 1 in 266 at a lifetime risk. After several years of treatment and check-ups, Seboni is finally cancer free and is using her story as a dark skinned South African to spread awareness and education...
