Joey Robin Haché, artiste acadien originaire de Nigadoo, au nord du Nouveau-Brunswick, figure comme l’un des représentants de la relève musicale acadienne de l’heure. Cet artiste multi-talents est auteur-compositeur-interprète, artiste visuel, formateur, régisseur... Depuis 2012, Joey prend sa place sur la scène musicale acadienne, canadienne et européenne. Déjanté, imprévisible, charismatique, énergique, revendicateur et rassembleur, le son de sa voix rappelle la justesse vociférante du grand Dédé Fortin. Joey offre des textes cinglants et saignants à la fois sombres et paisibles, aux refrains mouvementés et en même temps profonds. Excellent guitariste, l’artiste propose un son rock alternatif aux limites du punk à la fois complètement déjanté et réfléchi. Ses trois albums « Repaver l'âme » (2014), « Stigmates » (2016) et “Trente” (2019), sont tous issus du label acadien Le Grenier musique. Lauréat du Gala de la chanson de Caraquet 2014 et finaliste au Festival international de la chanson de Granby 2015 (où il a remporté quatre prix), son premier disque « Repaver l’âme »(2014) a été primé dans la catégorie Enregistrement de l’année et enregistrement solo de l’année aux Prix Musique Nouveau-Brunswick 2015 en plus de recevoir le prix d’Enregistrement francophone de l’année aux East Coast Music Awards en 2016. Aux Francouvertes en 2017, il remporte le Prix du public, Joey a également reçu le prix "Artiste pop de l'année" aux Prix Musique Nouveau-Brunswick en octobre cette même année. Il a été nommé dans la catégorie "Enregistrement francophone de l'année" avec Stigmates aux Prix de la musique de la côte est (ECMA, mai 2018). Le 19 août 2022 est sorti un nouvel album country punk sous le nom de plume de Plywood Joe, un side project de tounes de party aux textes simples traitant des aspects de la réalité ouvrière campagnarde du nord du Nouveau-Brunswick. En octobre 2023 est sorti son nouveau CD « Moins zéro » réalisé en collaboration avec le réalisateur belge Gil Mortio.
