Residents say the storm - described as a tornado - struck just after 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon, followed by a hailstorm. Quraishneem Hoosen says she went to the aid of four family members who live in the Jan Ross complex after the storm struck. She says after taking her injured relatives to sleep at her home, they found the damaged duplex looted this morning . . .
