#PODCAST More delays in Zuma's arms deal corruption trial

By Newsbreak Producer, Taliesha Naidoo - Former President Jacob Zuma's interlocutory application for Advocate Billy Downer's removal as prosecutor from his trial is no longer sitting today as initially scheduled by the Pietermaritzburg High Court. Zuma's pre-trial application in his arms deal corruption trial, was in April this year postponed for hearing on the 15th and 16th of August. In a statement, the office of the Chief Justice says Judge President of the KwaZulu-Natal Division of the High Court, Judge Thoba Poyo-Dlwati, will conduct a virtual case management meeting with all parties. Zuma and French arms company Thales face charges of corruption, money laundering and racketeering in connection with the controversial arms deal in the 1990's. Nonjabulo Mntungwa-Makamu reports….
