By Newsbreak Producer Matthew Veeran - In an attempt to equip young individuals with the skills and the knowledge needed to become self-sufficient agri-food entrepreneurs, food rescue group SA Harvest launched what they call their "entrepreneurial incubator initiative". During the programme nine previously unemployed post-grad students embarked on a journey of mentorship, starting off at Lusikisiki to the Eastern Cape, culminating in Tzaneen, Limpopo. The training also helped them secure a National Certificate in Plant Production. SA Harvest's founder and CEO, Alan Browde says they will now work full time with the group at their branch in Eastern Cape...
