G’day folks, we have another array of musical jems to keep you entertained, plenty of new releases featured, some older tunes to, from our international artists. It seems we have fair few ambient style excursions in this edition, but they are certainly diverse, from sparse remoteness to experimental dark overtones, and for me it’s good to see we are represented by another two females, the passionate music of Kerni, and Dru Allen’s captivating plaintive voices on Mercury Antennae, It’s hard to believe we are already half way through 2015, but we’ve certainly had a good year music wise, with expressive textures, melodic soaring themes, serene moments of joy and timeless isolations connecting to the listeners. I could go on, but enough of this chit chat, lets get on with the opening music with two tracks from the new album by Mythos.
