Elizabeth Gardner has a story to tell. The 1999 Butte High graduate has been through hell and back the last several years. She lost her daughter, Bridget Mallo, to cystic fibrosis on May 5, 2019. She was 15. After battling through a bout with depression following her daughter's death, Elizabeth nearly died from COVID.
