Une dépendances affective c’est un manque de confiance en soi et d’estime de soi qui va générer toute une série de problèmes dont un comportement compulsif, addictif ; une addiction à une autre personne, à son partenaire.Cette dépendance affective va mettre en lumière chez la personne des peurs.La cause majeure est une mauvaise programmation dans l’enfance avec des parents qui n’ont pas nourri la reconnaissance, l’affection et la protection chez l’enfant. Mais c’est aussi suite à des événements de vie (une tromperie dans un couple, …). On en parle beaucoup et beaucoup de monde est concerné mais si on interroge son entourage, très peu en sont conscients.C’est pourtant une des causes majeures des divorces et séparations.
