By Newsbreak Producer, Tashlan Naidoo - The High Court in the Western Cape is hearing the pre-trial arguments of alleged parliament arsonist, Zandile Mafe on whether he is fit to stand trial. This follows a two-day inquiry earlier last month where the court heard that Mafe has been diagnosed with schizophrenia by a team of experts at the Fort England Psychiatric Hospital in the Eastern Cape. Mafe's private psychiatrist has also delivered the same diagnosis after his legal team disputed the state's diagnosis. His legal team, led by advocate Dali Mpofu, is contesting the state's report, arguing that it is inadequate. SABC reporter Andile Mbanjwa is at court and brings us an update....
