The crematorium has been closing and re-opening on a regular basis over the last decade due to furnace malfunctions and gas issues. President of the Progressive Funeral Practitioners Association of South Africa, Clive Moodley says families are bearing the brunt and are constantly complaining of additional costs incurred.
