People living in part of Sittingbourne fear an area of land they describe as an 'oasis of calm' could be lost to housing developers. Three acres of space in Riddles Road, which used to belong to a school, has been used by the community for around 75 years. However, the owner of the land - which is Kent County Council - have decided to sell it.
