This after an Eastern Cape attorney, Shaun Masimla, was arrested for allegedly robbing a widow of a substantial amount of money following the death of her husband in a motor vehicle accident. Masimla was recently arrested by the Hawks and is facing charges of fraud and theft. Head of Corporate Communications at the fund, McIntosh Polela says Masimla is a repeat offender and lawyers like him have at some point contributed to the near collapse of the RAF.....
