This as the civic organisation - Rotary Ann's - in Reservoir Hills, west of Durban has embraked on an initiative to collect bread tags and plastic bottle caps. The collected items will be donated to various hospices around Durban, who in-turn will exchange the items for wheelchairs. President of Rotary Ann's - Urvassi Hurburun says just two kilograms of bread clips and plastic bottle caps will be a beacon of hope that will assist the hospice in attaining a wheelchair for elderly person in need of mobility …….
