By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - The South African Medical Association (SAMA) says it does not support the National Health Insurance (NHI) bill in its current form. The NHI Bill will come before the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) for a vote tomorrow. The Bill has come under severe criticism from parts of the business and health sectors who say that it isn't clear in terms of its financing structures and in its current form, goes against a person's right to healthcare. SAMA says they have raised their concerns with Government, who have not taken it into consideration. SAMA Chairperson, Dr Mvuyisi Mzukwa says he is also concerned about corruption, as most State-Owned Entities (SOE's) have or are dealing with such allegations...
