By Newsbreak Producer Matthew Veeran - 30 years of democracy will form a large part of the theme during the 27th Time of the Writer festival, hosted by The Centre for Creative Arts at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). Taking place from the 14th to the 21st of March, attendees are invited to explore democracy and the different aspects that builds a democratic society. This year's programme features various discussions, panels and performances from a who's who list of authors and moderators.
