That's according to member on the Social Development Portfolio Committee in the KwaZulu- Natal Legislature, Les Govender. Communications and Digital Technologies Minister, Mondli Gungubele has apologised to SASSA grant recipients for the technical glitch at Post Bank. The technical error was a result of Post Bank upgrading its system. This has also led to Gungubele dissolving the entire Postbank Board. Govender says such glitches has a negative impact on the country's most vulnerable.......
