Not everything forgotten was simply forgotten. Some parts of us disappeared because keeping them once felt more dangerous than losing them.In this Reflection, we meet Sedna Remembered – The Keeper of Sacred Exile, and we enter the second pathway of the Feminine Mysteries: The Path of Exile.Sedna invites us beneath the surface to encounter the parts of ourselves that were silenced, hidden or abandoned when remaining visible carried too great a cost.Together we explore:* The difference between what was hidden and what was exiled.* Why self-abandonment can begin as an intelligent response to survival.* How Sedna’s ocean becomes a symbol of hidden life rather than absence.* The important difference between recovery and reclamation.* The “impossible woman” who survived beneath the stories that once rejected her.* How sovereignty begins when we become a safe place for our own return.Reflection QuestionWhat part of you went into exile because it once cost too much to let her remain? With love & stardust,AlyssaPrefer to read? This episode began as a Priestess Path reflection.
