Heavy rain and gale force winds have lashed the Western Cape since Sunday, causing widespread destruction. The Municipal Manager, Wilfred Solomons-Johannes says the N2 at Botriver and all other connecting routes in and out of Cape Town remain closed. SABC reporter, Corbin August has more details....
