In this podcast, Series 4, Chapter 4, Dr. Barsuk interviews Dr. Lars Konge who is a professor of medicine in the Department of Clinical Medicine at the University of Copenhagen, cardiothoracic surgeon, and has a  PhD in assessment.  Dr. Konge also serves as the director of the Simulation Center at Rigshospitalet, in Copenhagen Denmark.  Drs. Barsuk and Konge discuss proficiency-based education (mastery learning) and certification of technical skills using simulation.
