On today's show Tim and Julie Harris share with you what is happening now in the real estate markets. Yes, there are still many very hot sellers markets. However, there is unquestionably and increase in distressed, short sales and foreclosure listings coming. A report released yesterday estimates that by this time next year there will be around 500,000 bank owned foreclosure homes on the market. This doesn't include the number of short sales taking place. If experts estimates are correct there could be 15-20% of all home sales in 2021 that are technically, 'distressed'.
