In Today's episode it's a Podcast spring special! I am joined with my friend Tom we went to the same school and we are reunited after about 4 years! The main topic of conversation is Crohn's and Colitis. Tom was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when he was 7 years old and was diagnosed last year with Crohn's Disease close to Tom's 18th Birthday!  Tom talks about his diagnosis and before his diagnosis and how he was diagnosed. Tom takes azathioprine and infliximab to support his IBD. We talk about how the immune system is affected with IBD, Tom says we still have to have a life and just been a bit more careful.  Tom talks about a few others conditions he has with us such his immune system and a few others.   This is a great episode and a good occasion,  Well done and thank you Tom on your first ever podcast!
