This after gold card grant recipients across the country were left in the lurch as a technical glitch did not allow them to withdraw monies for almost two days. Meanwhile, the Democratic Alliance (DA) says it is unacceptable that social grant glitches occur so frequently. Newsbreak has learnt that scores of grant recipients waited for hours in inclement weather conditions only to be disappointed.
