It doesn't mention the unit that was supposed to catch Russian interference — because that unit has been shut down. It doesn't mention that the military was ordered to stop planning against Russia. What it does mention, in the very first paragraph, is the president's name — as a compliment.Two people sat down and read the whole thing. Then they read what it left out.
