#PODCAST The V&A waterfront to come alive this month, as the Hindu Association Western Cape host its annual diwali showcase #sabcnews

By Newsbreak Producer Matthew Veeran - Thousands will be in attendance this year as the Hindu Association Western Cape host their ever-popular Diwali festival at the V&A Waterfront Amphitheatre in Cape Town. Brought together in partnership with the Consulate General of India in Cape Town, the event has been a melting pot of cultures for over 20 years, celebrating the festival of lights. The event will showcase the best in live dance, musical performances and even interactive fitness demonstrations. Hindu Association Western Cape Chairperson Nalini Gangen says the event on the 29th of October will be held a little earlier than usual to accommodate the working moms who often like to prepare for diwali a week in advance...  *The event will be held on Sunday the 29th of October from 12h00 to 16h00.
