To this end, the Chatsworth Hospice, south of Durban, will be raising awareness about cancer and palliative care. The events are in commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and World Hospice and Palliative Care Day on the 14th of October. On Wednesday, an Open Day will be hosted at the hospice and on Sunday members of the community can join the team at the 'Made in Chatsworth Market' at the Depot Road Memorial Primary School. Honorary Life President of Chatsworth Hospice, Kogie Singh, explains how they provide all-round care for people who face terminal illness...
