With schools closing, and people preparing for holidays in other provinces, Gauteng's Traffic Department has warned that the N3 to KwaZulu Natal, N4 to Mpumalanga and other 'N' routes will be flooded with traffic. The N3 Concession's Thiana Dhoogra says law enforcement will be maintaining a very high visibility on the road...
