Long COVID, also known as long-haul COVID - is a series of health problems persisting or developing after an initial COVID-19 infection. Symptoms can last weeks, months or even years and are often debilitating. In the study, of over 1,800 people admitted to hospital because of Covid, researchers say two blood proteins point to clots being one cause.
