Podge informs me of a case which broke recently in the UK, namely that Bill Michael the chair of KPMG, had decided that his position had become untenable amid complaints that he had hurt the feelings of some of his staff.My money's on their new chair being a 'banal people pleaser merchant' but I suppose time will tell!We also get into marketing and branding and how we are pitifully susceptible to their tactics unless we are at the very least, aware of them.
