A summer rain A poem, a thought, a lifetime. A spring, a fall, a cold snow. A summer rain, water in the street. Alex and I at a window,  Faces pressed against the glass. Drops down the pane Kids wanting to wade in the street Rainbows and frogs waiting Once or twice a year In the desert of my youth. Roe May 2023
