Poetry - Sonnet 116 - Let me not to the marriage of true minds by William Shakespeare
from Two and a Mic - The Social Podcast
Having recently seen Hamlet at the Schaubuehne in Berlin I am minded of the great work by Shakespeare. It is a world away perhaps for some, as it was for me, but to know too that Shakespeare’s work holds within it such deep spiritual teachings that it can be appropriately used to explain Yogic principles as well is astounding. One such principle is reflected in this sonnet, that of the true inner self, the unalterable self, that we may hide away, bury, cover or ignore, but remains all the same, waiting to be identified, valued, embraced and loved.I have been away too long from uploading a podcast…Be well and enjoy!I welcome opinions of every kind so please come and find me on social media at:Instagram: TwoandaMicTwitter: TwoandaMic1Should I really have to ask? 😉 If you like the developing story of this social journey unfurling in my series of podcasts, feel more than free, feel partially responsible for spreading the word by subscribing and sharing and where possible, liking. It is greatly appreciated! Thank you!Oh, and if there is a possibility to do some rating, that would be nice as well. Thank you.PS. The transcript has been generated automatically and has no punctuation. I hope however that it will still provide some clarity on the content. :)
