Basically every aspect of Pokémon is being impacted by the coronavirus, but Niantic is making some adjustments to allow people to play from home. Some of the things negatively impacted: raid hour has been cancelled, the next three safari zone events are being postponed, and rumors are abuzz that Niantic will temporarily disband raids altogether. There are some good things, but they are mainly focused on PvP: GBL doesn't require you to walk in order to battle, eggs are half hatch distance, and the Genesect quest was reworked to make it so you can accomplish everything from your house.
