This past community day Niantic made it so the middle evolution (Skiploom) spawned in parks. A lot of people missed this is in the community day announcement, but we are excited for this change in the future. It means we can get a ton of XL candy on community day. Apex Shadow Lugia and Apex Shadow Ho-Oh will be part of the Pokémon GO Tour: Johto event. This reveal has tipped Charles' hand and finally made him want to participate in the event.
