Poker Saturday! My hands were not very good for most of the day, but that gave me lots of opportunities to work on my mental skills! I'm working a lot lately on noticing intuitive hits and honing this skill. So I played with this a lot today. I was pretty accurate, too. Now, if I only listened to it more when I felt it, I would have lasted longer 🤣. Dealing with the adrenaline rush of a big bet with a sure winner and the anxiety of a bluff bet was great! Lots of practice in situations that are low risk in the grand scheme of life. Using these moments to fortify these skills is the best way to ensure you can trust them when it matters most.
