Andrew Woods has a POV.  He’s not going to lob legal advice over a fence and walk away.  He will have a take and will be deeply engaged in the decision-making process.  Andrew was a law firm associate, founder/GC then an adtech lawyer at Turn.  Eventually he landed at Twitter and his role grew as the leader of the commercial legal for Twitter’s revenue products.  Recently he took the job as GC of PubMatic a publicly traded adtech platform.
