I practice from a non-diet and Health at Every Size approach. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and certificate in Sports Nutrition from Ohio University and completed a 1200 hour dietetic internship at The Ohio State University.  I previously worked at a Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Center which has given me a wide variety of experience treating Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID.
