Department of Public Safety •May 25, Joe E. Cotter, 22, of Stockdale was arrested at the intersection of F.M. 1922 and C.R. 310 and charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of between 1 and 4 grams of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2.
