Police make arrest in 2025 double homicide in Saratoga Springs

After nearly a year and a half, police have finally made an arrest in the deaths of a Saratoga Springs woman and her son. Jessica Orton Lyman and her son, Eli Painter, were found shot in their home back in March 2025. Police say they've arrested a 16-year-old, but haven't given any other information. Why did this arrest take so long, and why won't police say who they've arrested, even though they've spoken about this supposed teen several times before? Inside Sources breaks it down.
