Police: Man found on fire in Kensington

A man was found on fire in Kensington overnight. It appears he may have set the fire himself. The fire marshal determined that the blaze was "non-suspicious." It happened around 3:30 a.m. at Kensington Avenue and J Street. Police found the man unconscious on the sidewalk, along with burned clothing and two lighters near his body.
