Police prioritize investigations into the killing of Thoriso Themane.

SAfm — The National Commissioner of the South African Police Service, General Khehla John Sitole, has instructed the Limpopo provincial police to mobilize the 72-Hour Activation Plan in the brutal killing of 27 year old Thoriso Themane. Themane was beaten up by a group of teenagers, aged between 15 &16 at a park in Flora Park suburb in Polokwane on Saturday. The perpetrators took a video of the incident and posted it on social media. Five learners from different schools in Polokwane have since been arrested.
