Sunrise police said in a statement that Pullease has been on administrative leave throughout the course of the investigation. Pullease is charged with one count of battery on a law enforcement officer; one count of tampering with evidence; assault on a law enforcement officer; and assault on a civilian male. If convicted, the maximum possible penalties are five years in state prison for felony battery on a police officer, one year for assaulting a law enforcement officer, and 60 days for assault on a civilian.
