Retired Law Enforcement Officer and author Keith Knotek is our guest. He talks about his career and discusses the details of a shooting incident that he was involved in. His partner, Deputy Randy Jennings was killed in the shooting by the suspect. Keith talks about the immediate effects and how his life began to spiral out of control. And Keith discusses how his trauma experience and the devastating effects led him to recovery and writing the book "From Sorrow to Amazing Grace: One Cop's Journey".
