Quienes crecieron en los años 90 seguramente recuerdan la canción "Mi generación", una de las más populares de la agrupación Poligamia, que en esa época causó sensación junto con el tema "Desvanecer". El grupo se separó y sin lugar a dudas es Andrés Cepeda el que más recordación tiene gracias a su carrera en solitario; aunque el resto de los integrantes siguió en el camino de la música. Cabe recordar que Freddy Camelo es guitarrista y productor musical, Gustavo Gordillo trabaja como productor audiovisual y promotor cultural, Juan Gabriel Turbay es compositor y productor musical; mientras que César López es reconocido por su 'escopetarra' y conciertos en contra de la violencia.
