POLITICAL PAIN: North Carolina pro-gun group shows us how fight anti-gun politicians

GRASS ROOTS NORTH CAROLINA is a US firearm rights group that has built a solid reputation for being able to raise, change and beat bad legislation.  IN THIS EXCLUSIVE, we speak with the GRNC’s President, Paul Valone, about how it manages to mobilise tens and hundreds of thousands of shooters to do what it takes to make sure politicians don’t ignore them.  Their approach (as it relates to us) has nothing to do with the Second Amendment. Rather, it’s a template for something that would work in Australia IF we can get properly organised. Paul speaks about how the GRNC uses modern communications technology to alert shooters to what they need to do, their database which records the voting and survey responses of every politician, and making sure everyone in the NC Legislative knows who they are.  They do this with considerable success and have the track record to show.
